How do I return an item? Any refund request must be sent within 14 days of product arrival to be eligible for a refund. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If you need an RMA number please fill out our product issue/RMA request form below. Please note your RMA number is valid for 30 days with a limit of 1 RMA issued per product. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If you need an RMA number please email us at info@favientertainment.com. Your RMA number is valid for 30 days. If you return an item that has been damaged or parts/accessories are missing, you will be assessed a 5-75% product damage fee. We do not assess the damage fees because of a manufacturer defect or reasonable wear. The following conditions are examples of what we will charge a damage fee for, and how much will be charged.
Product is returned in pristine or good condition, with all accessories included: No fee Product is returned with minor damage such as light scratches or scuffs: 5% fee Product arrived in an unclean condition: 5-10% fee Product is missing one or more accessories or components: (User guide, remote control, cables, packing foam, etc) 10-15% fee (This fee will be refunded if the missing items are returned to us in good condition within 14 days) Product has moderate to severe damage such as deep scratches, cracks in the casing, or damage to the screen or lens: 10-75% depending on the amount of damage. Product has damage due to improper packaging: 10-75% fee depending on the amount of damage.
If your product has been returned in good condition within 30 days of RMA issuance you will receive a full refund. We will never charge restocking fees. |
