Order Return or Exchange

We offer a 30 days return on all purchases made on  Any product(s) sent back to our warehouse must include a valid RMA number issued by our support team.

Return for exchange from marketplace orders (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, or others) are accepted if they are within the exchange or warranty period and are purchased from authorized sellers.  Please contact us with a copy of your original purchase order to process an exchange.

Order Refund Request

Any refund request for purchase(s) must be sent within 30 days of product(s) arrival to be eligible.

Return for a refund from marketplace orders (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, Groupon, or others) must be directed to the proper marketplaces.  As the purchase is made outside of our store we cannot directly issue a refund.  Please open a return or refund through the specific marketplace so a refund can be issued via your original payment method.

Instructions for All Returns

Please securely pack and seal your return product(s) with all accessories before mailing it to us.

All returned product(s) must be in the state you received them with all packaging and a valid RMA Number.  Customers are responsible for return shipping for the following reasons: 

  • Better price found
  • Changed mind
  • Does not fit
  • No longer needed
  • Ordered wrong item

RMA Number Required on All Returns

Returns or exchanges must accommodate a valid RMA number issued by the support team.  If you need a RMA number please contact us

Note, RMA number is valid for 30 days upon an issue with a limit of one (1) RMA issued per product.
